I’m not sure about traveling insurace. I would imagine you should call your provider.

I’m 33 weeks and just got back from a 10 hour car trip last night and it was tough. I made up a bed (camping pad and sleeping bag, 4 pillows) in the back of the car and I slept there when I got too uncomfortable. While sitting in the seat, I sat with my legs crossed, which helped my back some. Also drink lots of water, you’ll be stopping anwyway with your bladder, so that covers the walking.

On the first leg of my trip I stopped every hour and I wasn’t in as much pain as by the end as yesterday when we stopped every 2-3 hours for the return trip. I’m still recovering today from this trip, my back is killing me.

Also, make sure you have medical forms on you in case you have any problems on the road/ out of town.
    Good luck.

we drove 16 hours when I was 35 weeks pregnant, I was nervous it took us two days, my husband drove his car and I follow behind him, in my car we move from Kansas City to North Carolina, make sure you stop about every hour and a half for the restroom and to stretch, drink plenty of water. I not sure about the insurance. Good luck

Travel Insurance wouldn’t cover you since you are late stage of pregnancy.
