I’ve lost my iPhone while traveling. Even though it’s locked to Rogers network, I dun think anyone from overseas will be able to use it. I want to know if “LOSS OF PHONE” is covered in Rogers iPhone insurance policy. I’ve bought iPhone 4 from Rogers Retail shop (from Orchard Plaza, Kelowna, Canada) on a 36 months contract. I paid CAD0 for insurance on the spot.
I just need to know before calling Rogers that CAN I GET REPLACEMENT FOR THE LOST PHONE? (Loss happened overseas)
Im not sure but you should contact them asap to cancel that phone and transfer it to a new one
