I have a hard lump/mass near my spine on the lower right side of my back. When you touch it pain travels throughout the right side of my body and into my buttocks and groin.I often lose feeling in my right leg.The pain is most severe at night and in the morning when I wake up. The pain is unrelated to physical activity. The pain makes my right side feel really tight like it’s expanding. It makes breathing difficult at times. It is causing me problems with my bowel movements as well. They are very unpredictable and always are diarrhea. It is really affecting my daily life. Can someone give me some insight? I don’t have any insurance and need to know if there is something seriously wrong. Could it be a tumor? I’m only 25.

Yes, there could be something seriously wrong. You MUST see a doctor somehow. Don’t you have free clinics or teaching hospitals or something over there? Surely you can access a doctor somehow? You should go as soon as you can as time may be very important here.
Could either be a pinched nerve, twisted muscle or a kidney stone/infection. I just experienced this same thing last week and I had a severe kidney infection. Please seek medical attention immediately.
