What does the term ” Including, but not limited to” means? thanks!?

I just dont get this sentence: I will bear all responsibilities including, but not limited to, financial responsibilities, return air ticket fare to travel from INDIA to USA and back, travel expense within USA, medical insurance, housing and food.

    OR ANYTHING ELSE THAT MAY BE ADDITIONAL EXPENSE.

    You must pay for everything mentioned as well as anything else that might just pop up

    That means you are responsible for everything they listed PLUS anything else that may come up. Say that cab fares are incurred on this trip. You may have to pay for that as well even though they didn’t list it.

    It means that you agree that
    1. You will pay all of your expenses.
    2. You will pay for your Air ticket from India to the USA and back again.
    3. You will Pay for ALL Travel exspenses in the USA, Taxi, Bus, any travel
    4. You will Pay for your medical insurance.
    5. You will pay for your housing and food.
    6. You will be responsible for yourself financially for ANYTHING YOU NEED.

    Basically it says you are to be financially independent. Don’t expect anyone else to pay for anything you need.

    It means that you are on the hook for any expense that arises, of any sort, including all those named as well as anything else.

    STOP! don’t get sidetracked on $ [financial] alone. Yes, ALL financial, BUT
    also ANYthing else that may come up: i.e. shot record, Visa, ID’s birth records,
    contacting US Embassy 4 emergency, personal safety, security of personal
    effects, obedience to laws, hangnails, curlers, and international tele calling
    card plus materials to write mom(lol). OR etc. Don’t know if this is travel agency, employer, university, gov. job, or what; but basically it says legally
    they don’t want to be held liable for you being alone, unarmed, and mugged
    or whatever in a tsunami where a Hindu cow broke your big toe…or ANYTHING ELSE.

    It means you have to pay for all those things listed and possibly more things NOT listed.
