can i get a florida title for a 5th wheel travel trailer that had a fire and was given a certificate of destru?

i want to buy a 5th wheel travel trailer in florida that had a fire in the kitchen and the insurance company wrote it off and gave a certificate of destruction. it is well worth fixing up but they say we cannot title it in florida. are their any loopholes or ways around this legally? thanks

    you may be able to get a junk title given need to go to the DMV and ask them if you can get one or not

    A certificate of destruction, means that it was demolished, trashed, destroyed. It’s way beyond a salvage title, it’s a GUARANTEE that the thing was crushed and recycled.

    So. You’re not going to get a title on this. Legally, it doesn’t exist any more.
