    Try contacting your bank, or any bank especially a local bank. The bank’s customer service reps or bank manager should be able to advise you on how to set up the type of account you are referring to. Another way to set up these accounts is to contact an attorney, possibly through your local Legal Aid Society, to set up a charitable trust fund.
