Can somebody sugest good immigration lawyer for Orlado FL. I am married since 2005, filed jointly for removing condition I 751 August 2008, had just interview with my husband. The interview didn’t convince the officer, since me and my husband live on separate addresses since january 2009. Have joint account used now just by me, have phone bills /no contact between us for some time because of merrital problems/, we have joint lease for 3 years, now property purchesed /Florida/ warranty deed only in my name, but as a married women, we both agreed to it. We also have joint car insurance, pictures…etc. My husband rents house in Arkansa but his DL and car registration is in FL..his mail goes to Arkanse besides phone bills. Immigration sent us letter asking for more evidence 2 weeks after our interview, i have attorney and he was present at interview and i don’t think he knew tht we live separated even legaly we are not. It is because of economy and my husband has sick mother and family members there. I purchased condo and stayed in FL because i found good job October 08, when my husband start traveling to Arkansa and finaly rented house and got job there in begining of 09. I don’t want to move to Arkansa because of my job yett. We had a lot of financial problems which we decided to deal with our bills separatly.
I believe for these reason and IO was confused so they ask for more evidence, most of it they want proof of continue relationship with my husband since he is in Arkansa and more joint bills, household bills in FL are in my name I pay them, AR bills are in my husbands name he pays them, in future i could see myself moving there and we were wondering to purchase the house since my husbands family is there, but it is what it is now.
I am puting some more evidence togehter, my husband traveled to FL couple times, i traveled to AR couple times, we don’t have joint assets…well i don’t know how far they can go with requirements for evidence…every marriage is different and we deciced to do things this way even it may not make sence to them.
Please advice what may happend in the future, can my case get denied, i am being still representet by lawer but wanted to ask for better lawer as this mess is all our and our lawyer misteak, he never prepered for interview and never studied my documentation we were taking with us to interview.
Please can somebody help me, maybe somebody had similar case.
Every advice appreciated. Thank You.

To begin with you are divulging too much personal information and may put yourself at risk with such a massive disclosure. You should save such an expansive disclosure for the immigration interview. Do not assume that the internet is a safe place.
Secondly, if all you want is an Immigration Attorney simple search for one on the internet. Type in “immigration attorney, Orlando Florida” and go from there.
I think you’ll be ok after you and your lawyer compile more evidences.
I understand that you are separated from your husband, and your situation raised some serious “red flags” as possible “sham marriage”. You should keep in mind that if USCIS denies your I-751, you will be placed into removal (deportation) proceedings, and it will be very hard to fight against deportation charges.
If you are looking for an immigration lawyer specifically in your town, you can check the AILA American Immigration Lawyers website: http://www.ailalawyer.com , and search for a lawyer there.
