I’m going to have my 21st birthday soon. How do I prepare for a night of drinking?
My friends are planning to take me out clubbing. I already have the designated driver and stuff, but the few times I’ve been drunk, I’ve always thrown up afterwards. Is there any advice on how I can keep this from happening, or to at least “soften the blow” of me getting totally passed-out-wasted until I’m safe at home?
Having doubts on our marriage?
Well my parents got divorced and I was recently living with my dad and he was always telling me how before you get married you have to make sure you’re on the same page as your spouse as far as raising kids, plans in the future, so on… Well I turned 18 this summer and I enlisted in the Marines and I’m leaving for bootcamp in a few weeks. Last week I proposed and now I’m engaged to the girl who I was sure I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. My fiancee wasn’t for the whole military thing Read more [...]

I have a blister on my toes that is infected and now there is a red line, should i go to doctor?
Ok i know this is going to be strange but, I was soldering a lamp shade that was broke, when some of the hot solder fell exactly between my pinky toe and the one next to it. I know safety first. I hate shoes. I got it out quickly, but the damage had already been done. Instantly I had a blister that went in a U shape in between both toes. It was excrutiating. But once the initial burning pain was over it was bearable. For 3 days it felt like no big deal. I didnt pop it or even really mess with it Read more [...]
Hong Kong and China visa for Vietnam passport holder in the US?
I’m a permanent resident in the US with Vietnam citizenship. I’m going to study abroad in Singapore next month and I plan to travel to HK (by plane) and then China (by train from HK) afterward. How do I apply for HK and China visa? What are the required documents? Is the process complicated? I called a travel agent and she said I need a letter from someone I know in HK, travel health insurance, bank statement, and a bunch of other stuff. She said it’s very hard to apply for HK visa for non-US citizens. Read more [...]
Could I have colon cancer?
I’ve been constipated for over a month, and it used to be that I could only poop out little balls at a time, now they’re thicker but I still poop very little.I have persistent abdominal cramps. I used laxative a couple days ago and not much came out, what did come out was really thin. I see red stuff in my stool, when I examined it some of it is tomato skin (i had cherry tomatoes over 5 days ago) and some of it was soft red stuff and I had no idea what it was. Everytime I go I have to strain REALLY Read more [...]
I’m only fourteen, but I really want to make a difference in my community. How?
First of all, I live in the USA and the government is so corrupt that people actually have to sue police because they aren’t doing their job the right way. I know that there are plenty of people out here that don’t want to make a difference, plenty that want to, but only a handful that do fulfill their wants and do make an affect on society. At age fourteen, I really want to make a difference so I can be a person that is recognized in my small neighborhood for doing good things. When I grow up Read more [...]
What would you do with $20,000?
Figuring this: I don’t value material stuff; my only debt is hundreds of thousands in student loans; I am a single mom of a child on SSI, I will get the money about 6 months before he turns 18, and until he turns 18, the rule is I have to spend it in 30 days or it will screw up his SSI because I can’t have over 2000 in savings; I could put it in my mortgage, save a little over 00 on mortgage insurance payments and pay off in 2031 instead of 2033; I could travel (would like to); I could use it to Read more [...]
How can you help muscle pain?
I recently had a doctor tell me I had MUSCLE PROBLEMS since I had pain in my right abdominal side which traveled. One minute the pain can be in my lower right front area, then on my right mid side, then my upper right back, shoulder, and even lower back area. I am currently waiting for some insurance to kick in so I can go see a doctor who can help with such pains. But I would love advice on how to take away the pains other than ICY HOT and TYLENOL. The pain usually feels like pressure, Read more [...]
Trying to find a job that’s a sitting job.?
I’m trying to find a job that allows me to sit and get paid. No traveling and no accounting. One that doesn’t require a license or a college degree. Something doing stuff online or trying to help people using my mouse and keyboard. The reason i need a sitting job is because i’m not able to stand or walk for more than 3 hours. I’ve tried SSI and Medicaid and have been turned down because of our income and the fact that i’ve never worked or have had a at least a 2 year recent medical record due to Read more [...]
