Out of State Health insurance?
My ex husband has a court order to keep health insurance on our 8 year old son,he has neglected to keep it on him so I applied and was approved for medicaid for him. Now the x is claiming to have bought insurance for him but he can only be seen by a Dr. that lives in North Carolina”where the Dad lives” and not in Va”where the child and I,his Mother lives.My question is…will I get to keep medicaid on my son or am I going to have to travel to NC every time my son needs a Doctor?
