How can I send a money order from the U.S to England in British Pounds?
When we were overseas my husband became I’ll and we had to push our return trip back and use our travel insurance. Now, the travel insurance wants a doctors note from the doctor we saw in England before they will reimburse us. We found the doctor and he will write a note but only if we send him 16 British pounds. In my country i can buy a monthly travel card that allows me to use all buses and trains for just 30 euro. price of petrol is currently 1,56 euro per litre. i read an article where it was thought that people spend on fuel,insurance and parking places 2,500 euro per year. We are talking about a small car. Would you give up your car or regardless of the cost of fuel you are quite happy to sit comfortably in your vehicle?

Do I need to see a doctor (GP) in order to get an ultrasound in America?
I am traveling in America, will be here for another month… since I’m not American I don’t have health insurance here. I am pregnant and want to get an ultrasound, which I realise I need to get from an OB/GYN or an xray centre, but do I need to see a GP first to get a referral? I am in New Mexico if it makes a difference. I don’t mind about paying for the ultrasound. Just want to avoid having to pay for a GP as well as the ultrasound if possible. thanks.

I am going to Paris but am unsure what I need in order to go. I have a passport but am unsure about medical or travel insurance. Do I require these both and if so how do I go about getting them. Thanks
