How can I send a money order from the U.S to England in British Pounds?
When we were overseas my husband became I’ll and we had to push our return trip back and use our travel insurance. Now, the travel insurance wants a doctors note from the doctor we saw in England before they will reimburse us. We found the doctor and he will write a note but only if we send him 16 British pounds. I just want to make absolutely clear! I read the plenty of info sites and other answers, but I felt unclear about some of the information, while other information was different. I am a US citizen with a passport, I only intend on staying to weeks. So will I need health insurance proof and a bank statement? Will I need anything else? My daughter needs a special needs trust fund in Missouri.?
She is 2 years old and has Rett Syndrome. We have many travel and Medical bills that insurance will not pay for. We have been told that we can raise money and put in in this fund without it affecting her medicaid or disablity. I thought all we needed was to set us the trust, make ourselves executors and keep all receipts if ever audidted. Is this the case? Our lawyer does not seem to be sure.
