Aspiring to be a nurse…a few questions?

By admin on July 26, 2011

Hi, I’m 17 and I’m planning on becoming a nurse. A traveling nurse actually, but I just wanted to know a couple of things first for any that have, or are currently experiencing anything that relates to my questions. To begin with, I’m kind of one of those people who like to plan stuff out, and I would like to know how much they nurses make. Now I know any of that information can easily be found on websites like bls.gov, but I want to know exactly how much an individual’s last paycheck came out to Read more [...]

Is this Information Accurate? If so, would you say it’s Ethical?

By admin on July 24, 2011

This question is regarding Canadian tax and employment laws. I was told by a good friend that if you are an hourly worker you can incorporate yourself, then have your cheques made out to your company name, rather than your personal name. If you do this, you can then reap some tax benefits for travel, supplies, you can choose not to pay into CPP and Employment Insurance (EI) etc etc. He even went to far as to say the next car you buy, you could claim that for osme tax credits. Now, I am wondering Read more [...]

Is there a health insurance plan that covers all U.S. states?

By admin on July 12, 2011

My fiance and I travel alot and I need to get a healthcare plan that will cover us in whichever state we may be. Are there plans like this out there? Please give me any information you may have on this subject. Thank you. P.S. I have checked out the mybenefits.com and it is not an insurance program so please do not make this suggestion to me. Thanks.

Help, I have an irresponsible, childish mother!?

By admin on June 13, 2011

I’m a 15 year old girl and I have a problem and I don’t know who to turn to. My mother is completely, utterly irresponsible and impatient and more like the child than the mother. I feel like I’m always the parent to her. I always have to constantly remind her to not talk so loudly in public and it’s really embarrassing. She has the absolute shortest temper I’ve ever come across in my whole life. The whole world has to revolve around her or she’ll stomp around the house and slam doors and break anything Read more [...]

I am going to write a resume for my fiancee. He’s not the best at typing or writing, unfortunately, so I thought it’d be the right thing to do. The job information is: National company is in immediate need of 3 inspectors to service locations in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. You will be working outdoors inspecting military vehicles for erosion and defects and then spraying vehicles with a preventative agent. As this is a traveling position, you must be able to travel to each site. Manpower benefits Read more [...]
