Help! Sudden pain in upper right leg, lowest portion right back?
Okay, I’m really getting scared here. First off, i’m a 22 year old male, healthy, active etc with no history of leg or back injuries. Last tuesday, I started noticing a weird pain and soreness in my upper right leg (thigh?) that made it a little difficult to walk. Health insurance rescinded due to alleged material misrepresentation(there wasn’t any). What should I do?
I have a long history of migraines and on my application I submitted that history and the medication used for treatment. I then had no less that three phone interviews regarding the migraines. We agreed to an exclusion of benefits for migraine treatment AND a higher premium. BCBS of Texas is now trying to rescind my policy based on my migraine history.
