or travels with them for medical treatment and stays with them in a hospital (family member, friend…) and is usually not covered by health insurance? you know by “not covered by insurance” I mean that insurance does not pay for their travel and lodging expenses

I am traveling to my home country (Peru) this summer to get braces, I am 15 years old. they are not horribly crooked but far from perfect. Why doesn’t President Obama force all qualified physicians out of business?

My fiance and I are traveling to a country where it is recommend that we get some vaccinations. I’ve called around and it looks like the cheapest clinic can do the minimum required shots for about 0 each and of course health insurance doesn’t cover these “luxury” vaccinations although they do cover if I get sick from them.
