broken leg

I am due to fly to vegas on Wed this week and had to go to hospital for a infection. Infection is under control with antibiotic’s but i have been told i need a test as I may have type 2 diabetes. My current Travel Insurer will not cover me at all whilst the diagnosis is still pending. Does anyone know if i can get insurance (not after cover for Diabetes more interested in basic cover such as broken leg etc) Any help welcome, really don’t want to cancel my trip
