british pounds

When we were overseas my husband became I’ll and we had to push our return trip back and use our travel insurance. Now, the travel insurance wants a doctors note from the doctor we saw in England before they will reimburse us. We found the doctor and he will write a note but only if we send him 16 British pounds.
