Small red spots appeared overnight all over my body? Im a 21 yo healthy Male, this morning i woke up and there were a few small flat red spot around my upper thigh.. later on in the day i found a couple more on my stomach and some near my armpits.. some are small and flat and others are a tiny bit larger and have a small protruding thing of pus.
