I always have to stop doing sit ups and other ab exercises because my back and neck muscles start to hurt too much. I have a naturally arched back so it doesn’t lay flat on the floor. I’m not sure if that affects anything.

I’m trying to make tempura dipping sauce, but cannot locate dashi stock. Any suggestions?
I’m trying to make the dipping sauce for tempura. The recipe I have calls for soy sauce, mirin, and dashi stock. I have the soy sauce and mirin, but I cannot locate the dashi stock or anything even related to making the stock. Is there anything I can substitute that will still give it the desired flavor? I’m in Florida and I live nowhere even near any Asian communities, so there aren’t any Asian food stores in my area.
Dental work while visiting?
I’m looking to have a small gap between my two front teeth fixed in the near future, and it came to my attention that dental work in Korea is much, much cheaper in the US – which is convenient because next year I will be visiting Korea for a few weeks. My question is whether or not I can legally have this work done if I’m simply traveling? How do I keep from hating my life?
4 kids 2 marriages. Bad spouse choices. Didn’t graduate from anything ever. New home…lot’s of debt. I don’t want another divorce…but we can’t stick to any resolutions…ie. counseling.
