   middle of the road, depending on if it’s a houe or an apt. Rent for apt. are going from anywhere to 800.00 on up depding on how big it is, home sell anwhere from the low 90,000 to million, wide variety of homes in the area. Food, depends on what you buy and which insurance co. your with. Travel is what you make of it.

   www.katychamber.com

   Both organizations are equipped to send you a great deal of information on living in either Houston or Katy. If I were you I would visit their respective websites and request the stuff you think you will need. As a bonus you will most likely receive some freebies from participating merchants.

   That is all relative to what you like to do but you could get by on $2000 per month outside of Houston.

   i am paying: 800 rent. 200 bills. 300 insurance,500 food,200 gas, yeah, 2000/month minimum, not so much leisure or entertainment.
