Go to the hospital, there are always Drs on call!

You might try calling a local oral surgeons office. Sometimes the doctor or staff know of other oral surgeons who do take Medicaid and they can refer to one.

You poor thing, i feel for you.
I had a split abscessed wisdom tooth and couldn’t get any help, my dentist wouldn’t do it as it was too complicated and i needed an oral surgeon.
I don’t live near so unfortunately i cant give any advise about where to go, but in terms of the pain, painkillers dont really work, clove oil does work but burns a little.
Take anything with alot of codeine at night, doesn’t get rid of pain but makes you drowsy enough to sleep, i couldn’t lie down or sleep at all when mine were messing up.
