    It’s time you tried getting a good medical massage! A skilled massage therapist can get you some serious relief and address the imbalance that has developed in your body. It may take a few sessions but each time it should feel better and be less painful.

    Make sure you look for the root cause of the problem, though. If you’re sleeping on your stomach, learn to sleep on your back!

    In the meantime, you could try a hot shower with several minutes of the hottest water you can comfortably tolerate pounding on your problem areas. If you follow this with some gentle stretching it can do a lot of good. If you have aches in the morning try icing for ten minutes right before bed. Don’t fall asleep in the ice and never do any cold treatment for more than 20 minutes! When you wake up the next morning get in that shower ASAP and repeat the process.
