I recently had a doctor tell me I had MUSCLE PROBLEMS since I had pain in my right abdominal side which traveled. One minute the pain can be in my lower right front area, then on my right mid side, then my upper right back, shoulder, and even lower back area.
I am currently waiting for some insurance to kick in so I can go see a doctor who can help with such pains. But I would love advice on how to take away the pains other than ICY HOT and TYLENOL.
The pain usually feels like pressure, and stiff muscles that hurt pretty badly. It even feels like I have a tiny movable lump on my right mid side near the back as well. But the doctor did a ultra sound on me and blood tests, a bunch of stuff. The only thing we got was MUSCLE problems.
The pain went on for about the whole month of JUNE. Then around the end o the month to the beginning of the next month, I had NO PAIN whatsoever. But I think I got a bit over confident and was starting to lift heavy things, swim and tread water. A bunch of stuff!
Now the pain is back…and it isn’t nice

It’s time you tried getting a good medical massage! A skilled massage therapist can get you some serious relief and address the imbalance that has developed in your body. It may take a few sessions but each time it should feel better and be less painful.
Make sure you look for the root cause of the problem, though. If you’re sleeping on your stomach, learn to sleep on your back!
In the meantime, you could try a hot shower with several minutes of the hottest water you can comfortably tolerate pounding on your problem areas. If you follow this with some gentle stretching it can do a lot of good. If you have aches in the morning try icing for ten minutes right before bed. Don’t fall asleep in the ice and never do any cold treatment for more than 20 minutes! When you wake up the next morning get in that shower ASAP and repeat the process.
