need extensive dental work but cant afford the copay?

i need extensive dental work done, i have tricare but they dont cover much of what i need to have done, i want to get it done asap because the longer i wait the worse it keeps getting and i NEED to do something asap its effecting a lot of areas in my life from my pregnancies, to my overall health, self esteem and my marriage as well as my social life. do dental schools accept insurance on top of the discount some give? i dont know where else to look, we dont have the money really because of traveling i have to do for my visitations with my son it takes all of our extra money and i havent been able to find a job. i really need the work done, where else can i look for help??

    If you live near a base, check to see if they have Space Available to see you.
