    Being a customer of Kaiser Permanente I’d have to say you might be better off in Iraq.

    Actually, I’ve been very happy with Kaiser. But I understand I may be in the minority.

    Yes, they’re expensive, but as a self-employed person, they are the cheapest I can find.
