My friend just got pulled over for “lighting a cig, while driving” (fuckers just made an excuse to pull him over, like when they said I was swerving and I wasn’t) we live in Montana. The damn cops are bored and will use anything to pull you over if you are between the age of mid teens to about 35 yrs of age. Even if you look professional or scummy they don’t care. Oh but if you are in a really nice newer car they leave you alone. I own an 99′ Haundai and i know to take the roads traveled as little by the cops as possible. And all i have to hide is I have no insurance. wow. the 3rd one will send me to jail. Anyway back to the subject at hand my friend has drugs hidden in the car but I don’t know how well or how much. The cops are buggin to search it even though he doesn’t look high or wasted or whatever they use as an excuse. What can he do to get the pigs outa the car? What should he do if they find the drugs? HELP!
How about not having a friend who doesn’t do drugs, oh and get your freakin car insured slacker. Yeah its all the cops fault sounds to me like you both are losers.
Keep his mouth shut no matter what, dont answer any questions, the only words out of his mouth should be I want a lawyer, thats it.
I guess you guys arent completely innocent as your trying to describe at the begining of you paragraph….. and meth..are you kidding me? shitty drug, deserve to get caught! if they find it, someone will be going to jail! idiots
If they find the drugs he ought to tell them that it’s yours, it will be
your reward for making really bad choices!
Hopefully they will find them and put the dirt bag in prison. One less druggie.
They shouldn’t be able to search the car without a warrant. If they ask to search the car just simply tell them no. I agree, fuck the pigs.
When the police find the drugs, lean over the trunk or hood of the car and put your hands behind your back. You will be cuffed and arrested. Simple as that. Don’t say a word except that you understand your Miranda Rights.
Here is the best advise I can give you. Get insurance for your car. Make certain no one rides in your car with anything illegal. Inspect your car every day for lights, turn signals, license plate light, and brake lights. Clean out the inside of the car. Make certain the windows and mirrors are clean. Don’t speed, make complete stops at stop signs, signal your turns and lane changes. And make certain no one rides in your car with ANYTHING illegal. If you take my advise, the police will not be a problem. if you do get pulled over, put your hands on the steering wheel at 10 and 2. It helps to turn off the engine and put the keys on the dash. Make certain your drivers license is current as well as proof of insurance and registration. Do all this and your problems go away.
