I have a moderate to severe pain behind left earlobe. Seems to be behind the TMJ and travels down the jaw.?

I dont have insurance so im trying to find out if this is something like an allergy, or if an OTC med could possibly cure.

    Two possibilities are mastoiditis or Bell’s palsy, though if it was Bell’s palsy you would mosst likely have other symptoms.
