The “airport” never pays and has minimal responsibility for things.
In some cases, the airline provides food, lodging, etc.

Request airline’s policies in writing before making plans

    the airport never pays–

    sometimes an airline will

Rather than ranting, calm down , take a walk around the block, ahve some iced tea and post a logical story about where you were, thy you were dleayed, what airline you were on and why there was such a delay.

I dont know where you were, but usually the hotels have shuttle fans and the cabs take credit cards.

Mayube as a coutesy, they might refund part of your fare, but don’t hold your breath, and as far asputting you up for a hotel stay, i don’t know if any of them do that. Personnally, i drive whenever possible

Wow! Are you the person who posts essentially the same question multiple times? If not, there are other people who are just like you.

Now, the “airport” never pays for anything. They do not run the transportation service, just the departure/arrival points.

If you are stranded for several days due to the airline’s actions, such as aircraft failure etc., then you might get some kind of discount. What exactly they will pay for is always a matter of policy and negotiation.

I am sorry that you seem to get so irate wrt air travel.
