No hospital in this country will put a woman who is about to give birth on the street. They may send you to another hospital if her condition allows it. Good luck.

And he/she will get US citizenship automatically:)

A woman who goes to an emergency room in the middle of labor will not be turned away. However, you won’t get away from the bill entirely. They will bill you wherever you live. You can work it out to pay by installments. I suggest that your wife not travel to another country so close to her due date anyway. That could put unnecessary stress on her and her baby. Postpone the trip if at all possible.

There are hospitals that take indigent patients. If that’s not the case of the one closest to where you’ll be, cahnces are they will at least let you pay the bill out over time.

A hospital CAN NOT DENY A WOMAN HAVING A BABY!!
I am from us, Oklahoma but we also have a thing called sooner care that dhs could probably give you. Sooner care pays for everything of the baby so that means the birth and his followups appointments and shoots it is awesome program call your local health department they can help you out some way or talk to the hospital clerk.
