in the flow of traffic change lanes at the same time. How do you determine who is to blame? I pulled out of a restaurant parking lot. The view down the sidewalk to the right of the driveway is obstructed by a brick wall. A round mirror is installed to view down the sidewalk, but it is of little use in the dark. Poor street lighting and a tree keep the area pretty dark. Hey everyone, I have some horrible news. On Dec. 18th at around 11:30, I got t-boned by a drunk driver. Luckily, she hit the front right of my car (driver side wheel well) and it took most of the force of the hit. I was making a left turn at a stop sign when she attempted to pass me on a 2 lane road. Can I have my car parked without plates in the RMV lot in Massachusetts?
I am having a salvage inspection done for my car. The car is not registered, and I cannot get it registered until it passes the inspection. After it passes, I need to have the car towed somewhere to sit while I take the title to the insurance company to get insurance. Then I can take that to the RMV to get the registration. I recently was in an accident with another driver. I was traveling along a highway and to my right there was a stop sign to my right where a driver pulled out from and I hit him.
