7. Suppose you are driving on a four-lane highway. From which lane should you turn? Into which lane should you turn?
How in the hell did you get a driver license all the questions you are asking are in the driver manual go back and read your driver manual and you will find the answer to your question
1) HIGH RISK INSURANCE
2) 55 mph
3) treat as any other vehicle
4) under 4 years : must be in a seat, under 12 months must be rear-facing, never in the front with an airbag.
5) complete stop necessary
6) depends on the state, most do have to stop ( i would assume it is a typical state by the qualification)
7) From ‘closest lane to closest lane. In other words, on a right turn, turn from the extreme right lane into the extreme right lane, and on a left turn, turn from the extreme left in to the extreme left lane. ( not changing lanes as you turn). This will be confusing to apply correctly at really big intersections, becuase about half will be turning incorrectly with respect to the law.
